I really like Sokoban puzzles, but sadly I can't recommend this one.
The puzzles don't offer any kind of challenge, and the controls could use a lot of improvement.
Puzzles:
I knew the game would be rather easy by looking at the preview images, but I thought it could serve as a good introduction for players new to Sokoban puzzles. Sadly, the game doesn't bring any of the ideas that make Sokoban puzzles interesting.
The puzzle design isn't very interesting. Most of the puzzles are the same (identical puzzle/idea to solve, simply displayed on a different layout).
The progression in difficulty is coming only from the quantity of boxes to place, but even then, most of the levels have so much free space around the boxes that you don't have to think much about what you're doing. And again, most of the puzzles are the same, no new ideas are added as you progress, so if you solve one, you know how to solve all of them.
It took me around 30 minutes to complete the game, which is only about 17 seconds per level.
Controls:
Most of the challenge in the came comes from the controls.
In its current form, you have to hit an arrow key for every single movement, you can't hold a direction to move more than one square at a time. If you need to move 10 squares to the left, you need to click 10 times.
To make things harder, there is also a delay between each movement, which means that if you click too fast, it won't register your second click. It makes it pretty easy to make mistakes (move too far, or not far enough, or turn one square early). There is a reset key, but no undo key, so if you make a mistake you have to start again from scratch. It's not the end of the world since levels are so small, but still annoying when the mistake was caused by the difficult controls.
Overall:
If you want an easy game where you push boxes around simply to pass the time, or you enjoy easy achievements, this might be a game for you, but if you want a good Sokoban game, there are much better options.
