Magic Adventures is a endless survival clicker game when you fight endless horde of enemy, and get stronger at each run.

Graphics (5.5 / 10) : This part is ok, the graphics are nice, but there only one place (the plain)

Gameplay (4.5 / 10) : Quite simple, but easy, just click to damage the foes, but no special attack or skills …
There different types of enemy, each have it own pattern.
You win gold for upgrade yourself and get stronger (HP, Damage, HP Regen)
The big problem with the game is that you start at lvl 1 at each new run, there no warp system for starting further when you start you become really stronger.

Price (2 / 10) : That take around 30-60 minutes for see everything the game have to offer, but the game cost around 8 euros, that a lot and the game is quite empty ...

Story/Music/Optimisation (4/10) : No story
The Music is correct, but only one music ...
Nothing to say for optimisation, fluid and no problem with freeze (played on a i5, 2Go VRAM and 8Go RAM), the game have also really simple and classic graphics …
Also there is no fullscreen mode and any settings.

Final Note (4 / 10) : Magic Adventures is really too simple, really repetitive, the game have not many things to offer and cost really to much actually.

+ :
- Evolution system
- Different types of enemy

- :
- No gamepad control
- Really repetitive (Only one place / only one music / no special skills) + no warp system
- The high price
- Lack of setting

Magic Adventure is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from copy+paste repeat offenders, Phoenixxx Games. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio marketplace, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else's work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception (just look at their other games on Steam). It's nothing but a cash grab.

This time they've ripped off a basic template for a 2D retro pixel top down shooter. GameMaker Studio itself is a terrible game construction kit, and this asset flip shows just how bad things can get when templates/tutorials/demos from that construction kit get dumped on Steam as complete games.

Asset flips and other "Fake games" (as Valve calls them) are harmful to the industry, because they pollute the marketplace and reduce the visibility and exposure needed by genuine indie developers.

In line with dishonest asset flippers, the game was dumped immediately at launch into DailyIndieGame shovelware bundles. Even if this wasn't just an asset flip, it would be garbage. Impossible to recommend.
