There is nothing to do in this game. You can just put all the sliders to max and let RNG decide how much money you get. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IN ITS CURRENT STATE.

If Game Developer Simulator is a "simulation" of some kind for game development, its own developers should've spent more time with it.

I'm convinced that somebody saw Gave Dev Tycoon (a superior game) and thought, "Hey, I can do that but in 3D," then slapped this together on a whim. Many of the mechanics in Game Developer Simulator seem lifted straight from that title, watered-down, and pasted into a halfassed UI (some of the game reviews it spits out ingame even sound identical).

So, it's cheap, but what's there could be a little fun if not for what seem to be some poor optimization issues that cause a lot of skipping and stuttering.

Save a couple more bucks and buy Game Dev Tycoon, instead.

Updating and optimization

The game received a complete reworking of the texture quality, among other things, serious optimization was carried out, according to the test results, the FPS increase was about-110% (90-150 frames per second) We also added a mouse speed setting. A new room has been added, it will be functional in the future. We have fixed some errors and shortcomings. Many other parts have also been redesigned

The game was optimized, FPS drawdowns were noticed, this was especially noticeable with the onset of night, this problem was associated with shadows that were loaded in real time. Now there is a radio in the recreation area, when you use it, you can turn off or turn on the music. The indicators for meeting the "Needs" have been redesigned.

The game will go on sale soon, you can buy it and play! The game is scheduled for release at the end of August, but due to the fact that we have added more content to the game, it is only coming out now! The game will be available for purchase on 10.10.2021.
