Literally just visually "Viking" like. Nothing more.
The UI is terrible. Pop up menus with scroll bars that really don't need them. The "Runes" menu that they call Artifacts is pointlessly stupid. Instead of having multiple different Runes that you find, you just click and buy. The ones you've already purchased stay there in the way with no way to hide them. Sure, you can hide the entire menu itself but not things you've already purchased.
Not to mention, the way Prestige works is absolutely horrid. You find your Prestige points just randomly off enemies. Unlike other games where you get them when you "restart" anew. Here, it just pops up to waste your time... each and every time. Also the "restart" button on the Artifacts menu doesn't really restart properly.
There is no end game and other than collecting achievements, there is no purpose.
The achievements are nothing more than a grind. Kill 1000 enemies which doesn't count bosses. Play for 1000 hours. Grind up to 1B Gold. etc. etc.
