Beautiful and wonderful Fantasy-style illustrations to rebuild, it is possible to choose the shape of the pieces and the number to be broken down from 30 to 1024 pieces.
Each attached piece provides mana, you will find it collected on the right in the menu, click on it and you will use it to embellish and improve the enchanted forest where the fairy lives.

There are 7 chapters to complete in total containing 250 HD images, there is also an eighth chapter which will allow you to use your own photos or images and create your own puzzles.
If you want you can also increase the difficulty by setting the Timer, otherwise play in relaxation mode.
If you don't complete the puzzle, the game automatically saves your progress.

Pleasant to play and relaxing, the music accompanies the images well, allows you to make beautiful screeshots, perfect playability and I did not find any bugs.

Puzzle Pieces 5: Fairy Ring is a jigsaw puzzle game developed by Graphium Studio and published by Denda Games. As there isn't really a story behind this game, I'll just jump right into the gameplay.

Puzzle Pieces 5 is a collection of jigsaw puzzles that are fairytale, fantasy themed. When you first start up the game, you're given five unlocked chapters, with an additional two chapters that are unlocked as you complete the puzzles. Each chapter consists of 36 jigsaw puzzles, and you can customize each puzzle by the number of pieces, puzzle shapes, etc. In short, you can make the puzzles as challenging as you wish. Also, there is a hint button as well as other helpful features. Now, there is a mana system, and I'll explain what that does. On the main menu, you're given a fantasy scene, but a lot of the items are locked. Thus, you need to accumulate mana to unlock these items. Mana can be obtained by completing the puzzles (which you can do in any order, assuming that they're unlocked) as well as logging into the game daily. The items are purely for cosmetic purposes, though. In addition, you can upload images to make your own jigsaw puzzles. At the time of this review, there aren't any Steam achievements or Steam trading cards.

Now that I've gone over the gameplay, I'll move onto my critique. I enjoyed the developer's previous game, Puzzle Pieces 4: Farewell Dear Winter, so I looked forward to trying this game out. Also, it doesn't hurt that I enjoy fantasy-themed games. XD Although there isn't much of a story here, other than you're in a fantasy world and such, I don't feel like it's necessary to have one, as the main focus is the gameplay. In regards to the gameplay aspects, I had no technical issues. I was able to complete all of the puzzles with relative ease, and the hint buttons help if you're struggling to figure out where to put those last couple of pieces. However, like in Puzzle Pieces 4, I had issues with the windowed mode. I wasn't able to adjust the window size to my liking, which would have been nice since windowed mode looks almost like full screen mode. (I hope that the devs take note of this, and assuming that there are future games in the series, this issue is ironed out.) However, I was able to unlock all of the items for the fantasy scene, and this can be done relatively quickly. It almost felt a bit too easy to do so, but since I believe this game is meant more for relaxation purposes, then this is ok.

Regarding the art, this aspect is the highlight of this game. The scenes are breathtaking, and they range from beautiful creatures, like the unicorn, to the more environmental scenery. Colors are applied well, and the pictures themselves mostly look like photographs although a few are more like paintings. In regards to the music, there's only one track. Although it's the same track that's in Puzzle Pieces 4, it is lovely to listen to and it feels very relaxing as you play through the puzzles. I wish there was a new track, though, if not more variety.

Overall, would I recommend Puzzle Pieces 5: Fairy Ring? If you enjoy jigsaw puzzles and want a relaxing game, then this is worth taking a look. Since I played Puzzle Pieces 4: Farewell Dear Winter, this game felt very similar in regards to the gameplay and such. Only the art is really different here. Still, I enjoyed going through the puzzles here, and it is a relaxing game to spend some hours on. For the asking price, I'd say it's just about worth it although you can wait to get it on a sale. ^^
