Dear duckies of the world, The new Slowly Sliding Ducks playtest is now live! For the next two days, the pool is open, the ducks are sliding, and The Square is waiting for you with a lot of new things to discover. This playtest is one of the very last before the game launches in Early Access, and its main purpose is simple: test the new systems and find as many bugs as possible. So yes, bugs are to be expected. And some things are still WIP. Don't worry. If you find something broken, weird, confusing, too slippery, not slippery enough, or suspiciously unducky, please report it and let us know what happened. Your feedback will help us fix, polish, and improve the game as we get closer to Early Access. Come slide into The Square, chill, be cool, and help us make the pool a better place. The ducks are on the move!
Dear duckies of the world, Summer is here! If you’re looking for a fresh way to spend a couple of hours during the last weekend of June, we might have just the waterpark you need. On June 27–28, a new Slowly Sliding Ducks playtest is happening! This will be one of the very last tests before the game launches in Early Access, so we need as much feedback as possible from as many ducky players as possible. Come slide into the community pool, chill, be cool, and let us know what you think. It's going to be fun! PS: Don’t fret if you can’t make it this time! Throughout Early Access, you’ll still be able to suggest new minigames, new pools, and new interactions for the game.
Dear Ducklings, After a brief period of silence, during which we’ve been working hard on the game (especially on The Square) we’re back to share a couple of updates. First, we’re aiming to bring you another playtest in mid-June. You’ll get the chance to see what has changed, what has improved, and to give us another valuable round of feedback, which we always need to help us adjust our trajectory. Second, just a few months after the playtest, the game is officially set to launch in Early Access at the end of the summer! We want to make The Square a proper social hub where people can hang out and chill together while collecting coins, playing small games, and trolling each other for the lols. We envision a place in perfect Placid Plastic Duck Simulator style, with little secrets, interactions, prizes, and more — all in multiplayer this time. It’s going to take some time and steady updates, but we’ll get there. For now, make sure to join the next playtest in June!
