Jissou Land

"Jissou Land" is a garbage 2D retro non-free (donationware) clicker where you pretend your PC is a little tamagotchi keychain. Or don't. This was a dismal failure for obvious reasons.

The developers abandoned this 8 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games.

The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse.

This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $18 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks.

Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away.

Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it?

Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

Undoubtly, a very bad game. It's got no aspects of fun, it's not addicting, the progression is terrible, the amount of content is so minimal it's a joke to call this a finished game, and the replayability just doesn't exist. You literally just do three things, Feed, Birth, Poop. Yeah, it's funny, but it's really boring in practice.

Still haven't slept in twelve days give or take I don't know but I keep hearing weird noises. they're getting closer.
