"What's on Agenda" is a very badly made simplistic game where you "influence" society through propaganda, which in the game is represented by scrabble tiles or periodic table elements or something.
It's a poor idea, implemented badly, that doesn't work very well and certainly isn't any fun.
You'd think developers who specialize in propaganda games could at least influence more than 2 people to play their game though. Apparently not. Although some of the reviews do look like fake reviews, so, good on them for trying.
The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse.
Most of the game isn't in English, that could be an issue given there's no language warning.
This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good.
Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away.
Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it?
Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
