The game seems really fun as I enjoy RPGmaker's and management games, but unfortunately the developer said that they can't localize to English and I don't know or understand Japanese all that much. Hopefully one day this'll change.

About This Game
The player is born in "Henapoland" as a pioneer lord. The objective is to find the golden land of "Jipongu". It is a free idle game!
What players are saying
RPG Maker strikes again! HenapoLand is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This RPG Maker asset flip is at least Japanese, so there's slightly more authenticity, after all, Fighting Fantasy was Japanese and every RPG Maker asset flip is essentially a ripoff of that... that's what RPG Maker is for! And it's not very good at it. But here, this is part RPG and part, well, I dunno, strategy game? It's hard to tell because it's a mess, and also incomplete. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. Like most RPG Maker shovelware and asset flips, the game features extremely low quality copy + pasted 2D retro pixel art, looks awful, and has even worse gameplay. RPG Maker is an absolutely terrible construction kit, and never results in games of any reasonable quality or value to gamers. The developers abandoned this 6 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. There's no English translation for the this, but that's okay. The language of bad products is universal. On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as you're expected to pay up $6 USD to buy cosmetic DLC. Clearly the developer set out to profit from making this game and locking content, even cosmetics, behind DLC while still pretending the game is free is somewhat misleading to gamers. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
50-50, leaning towards No An RPG Maker idle game... with no offline income whatsoever. On the bright side it has quite a lot of exploration to do
(classic hidden passable objects/walls)
, but towards the end you need resource in crazy amounts and you end up just waiting, leaving the game on background, making the lack of offline income a big issue.
