WindStop Strategy blends tactical RPG combat with visual novel storytelling in a wuxia setting where you rebuild your martial sect after a devastating attack. The game mixes strategy battles with character relationship mechanics and cultivation progression, appealing to fans of Chinese martial arts narratives and narrative-driven strategy games. Note that the English localization remains incomplete, with significant untranslated text and symbols affecting gameplay clarity.

Update: I've definitely put more hours in. I do LIKE the game. Yet it still frusting seeing English Coversation.... More English... Random Chinese... More English.... Random Chineese. It just hurts the story telling so much.
Well currently I am going to wait for the game to get fully translated. Their is LARGE gaps of text that are not in english. So my "Not Recommended" is aimed at those who like reading plot and story, and don't suddenly enjoy it when a conversation goes from English to another language.
In response to the developer comments. I have no real complaints about what has been translated and I can understand what is going on.... just a few times it seems like a handful of lines just revert to what I am guessing is Chinese and then revert back to normal leaving me gaps in the plot I want to enjoy. Obviously great care has gone into creating a world that I would like to be able to appreciate. My recommendations will change when I revisit the game and don't find as much missed.
There are still some untranslated texts in the game, but the gameplay is creative (mixed between strategy and RPG), the plot is not too shabby, and the quality overall is well worth your time, with its very cheap price as a bonus. Hopefully the devs will keep it updated with more fixes and DLCs in the future. Recommended for who like cultivation novels and games.
Its a harem visual novel masquerading as a tactical wuxia game. The combat parts are basically an autobattler and as an english player it's hard to know what is happening since all the battle sybols are still in chinese. The translation also feels machine translated with little characterization to individual playable characters. Apparently inspired by a hentai game. Still managed to keep me entertained for 20 hours but I have very little motivation to continue playing even though im at or near endgame. I would come back if the english localization improves and if they overhaul the combat system to allow for more tactical play. Cheers.
