Visual novel where you listen to customer’s problems and share advice.
The plot follows Ash, a young programmer who works in her father's cafeteria. She listens to numerous characters who have plenty to say about the world. Almost everyone wants your advice on something, and you usually have to oblige.
The game lasts several days, and the major plot revolves on a church you do not particularly like. You also need to deal with your pals, ex-girlfriend, new boyfriend, and some of the other regulars.
The same folks attend the cafeteria on a regular basis to update you on their lives, and they all enjoy talking. A lot. It gets even more confusing when two Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Pestilence and Famine, appear in her thoughts and ask her to save the other two horsemen from a crazy church maniac.
English translation is fine, but it could use a bit of polish. Since characters talk a lot, they could say more in single sentence. This means you’ll have to click though a lot of text until you get to another decision.
Disclaimer: Because most adult visual novels, or visual novels in general, use the same engine, I won't go into detail about the technical aspects. All you need to know is that it comes with the ability to save the game at any moment.
Unfortunately, some of the features are broken. The skip button doesn’t work, so you’ll have to click through everything again if you decide to go for a second playthrough or just want to skip text you already saw. Another broken feature is a “roll-back”, which lets you go return back to previous scenes.
