Shattered Dreams: that one time when all my applications got rejected, so I started my own company. My life became an idle / clicker game where I must increase all incremental values and squeeze my employees for every last bit of soul they have left.
Shattered Dreams casts you as a newly-minted CEO grinding through an incremental game where you maximize profits and manage your workforce. The idle loop drives most of the gameplay, with occasional boss battles interspersed, though player feedback suggests rough execution in UI design, balance, and overall polish. It targets players drawn to dark comedy premises about corporate exploitation, though the current build appears unfinished.

the game feels like a massive amount of it was made or influenced by AI. powerups are odd, there's misspellings, the enemies and bosses are just so random yet uncreative.
from the trailer it looks like the idle game is the side game or maybe like half focus, but nah, that's like entirely what you do and the bosses and other things are very short. also the controls for those fights just use strange an inconsistent buttons for the same functions. you also only get 1 powerup of double and nothing else ever. I bought this game mostly for the novelty of how long the name was tbh, so I can't really say I'm that disappointed, but like I aint impressed either. but yeah don't recommend.
Let me start this review by saying that I only played 20 minutes before refunding the game. The UI is a mess, there are way too many QoL improvements missing, the art is (unfortunately) not very good but I can see the artistic vision the dev had in mind. If the devs keep working on the game I might be willing to give it a second chance.
Shattered Dreams is more than just a game, it tackles real life problems and aims to support the current generation with everything they need to succeed. this is the game we need to support and let the world know of. This is the only way we can cure brain rot and monkey pox. 9/10 doctors approve.
