A visual novel that subverts dating sim conventions by keeping its heroines conspicuously absent while the protagonist fumbles through social ineptitude and relies on his friend's dubious support. The game's humor hinges on the gap between moege expectations and awkward reality, making it best suited for players familiar enough with the genre to appreciate the genre-aware jokes, though a translation tool is necessary for English players.

You'll need some sort of machine translator to play this in English. This review contains major spoilers.

To put this simply, this is a troll game. The main premise of the game is "its a moege but the girls don't show up and the protagonist is a loser who cant talk to women!". The girls literally are not present for the entirety of the main game. Half of the game is taken up by your friend pep-talking you, and the other half being taken up by a ridiculously long and intentionally boring school entrance ceremony. This all ends with you not meeting any of the girls advertised on the games page.

There's is an attempt of a band aid fix to this with the extra content. There's a bigger plot built up, with you meeting each girl in a separate route (who arent even voiced btw even tho they are in the MV), and then it is all revealed to have been all been some sort of dream. The main message of the game is seemingly that you should "confront reality instead of hiding in a blissful dream, because good things will come to you eventually", which is a good message but seems shallow because there's no real build up to this second-part of the game, as another review has stated.

Overall, do i recommend this game? NOOO. You even have to manually translate this yourself, but to be honest I don't believe that it would make a difference if an actual human translated this game. The only positive I can take away from this is that I really adore CHARON's art style this time around, and I found some parts kinda funny and entertaining.

Anyways I'm still gonna recommend this game cuz I'm a CHARON glazer, and if you're interested in the game regardless, I've uploaded a full gameplay in English on youtube so you can enjoy it without wasting 5 dollars.
