This game is really awesome for such a cheap game. It is very well made and very fun to play. The combinations are litterally endless and i never have seen the same battimal twice. It would be nice if there were custom rounds were you could control the animals in the game and pick what you want in it and would also be nice if the game got some sort of regular updates that a a few new animals each time. Very fun game, 100% reccommend.

This is a cute and fun little indie game which actually seems to be remarkably complex under the hood, given the easy-to-understand user interface. In short, you blend real-world animals together to make all kinds of crazy hybrids, which you then battle with other peoples crazy hybrids.

Battimals encourages strategy. My first few games I went in with a "big number good" attitude, where I had all my battimals fairly even in all 4 stats. This was fine for the first few rounds, but then I ended up losing to better strategies, like having high health and defence tanks front line, and the quick heavy hitters at the back sniping away.

Battimals made me laugh. First, there's the avatar builder/generator which lets you make some pretty fun and wacky avatars, though personally I made mine look like a turbo Karen, thinking about the psychological advantage against my opponents. Next, there's the ever increasing craziness/creepiness of the animals as you blend in more and more DNA from other animals.

But in short, yes I definitely recommend Battimals. Go on, give it a go. You know you want to. It's fun, it supports indie devs, and the price is right, what more can a person ask for?

While I may be bias being one of the developers of Battimals, I genuinely think Battimals is a really enjoyable game.
It's quick play, it's strategic, it's fun!
If, like me, you really like TFT but you got busy for a few months and now that you've come back its a new roster and you haven't got time to learn all their new combinations, Battimals will scratch that auto-battler itch!
Plus you get to create so many crazy critters, some cute, some horrifying!
