An absolute waste of time, and a horrid value. There is NO automation as you'd find and expect to see in a $5 USD clicker game (such as the ever popular "Cookie Clicker"). There is NOTHING here except mindlessly clicking popcorn kernels to pop them and clicking popped popcorn to eat it. It couldn't be more tedious or boring. Zzzzzzzzzzz

Mr Dev, Shame on you!! ..You're going to have to put a lot more effort into your indie games and also put a HELLUVA lot more creativity into your indie games if you ever expect to make a respectable game or ask $5 USD for them. This is as lazy and as boring to play as you can possibly get.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Go spend the money on REAL bags of popcorn instead and I guarantee you that you'll get way more enjoyment and way more value out of real popcorn.

Popcorn: Beta Branch + Twitch

Hello all, I've created a beta branch for testing new features with the community! For this first beta, players are now able to authenticate through Twitch, and have their chatters spawn as popcorn kernels. Once authenticated, players can open up a level and have their chatters opt in by typing "!pop" in the chat. This will add them to the spawn pool, where they have a chance of spawning as a kernel that matches their Twitch chat color with a name tag. A small indicator in the corner will tell you how many chatters are in the spawn pool. They can also leave the spawn pool by typing "!leave". Currently nothing special happens when they're popped (or turn into a golden popcorn), but I'm working on some ideas. If you have any ideas for fun Twitch features, please share them with me in the comments / the discussions! You can opt into the beta branch by right clicking on the game title in your Steam library, clicking "Properties..." and going to the Beta tab. If you run into any issues, please let me know if the discussions. Happy popping!
