Give me one sec to do this undertale mini game while I cure you bubonic plague. That really is the essence of the gameplay. You get patients that need to be cured of their ailments and you must complete various versions of the undertale battle game to cure them. It's pretty simple but fairly fun. I recommend this game if you want to prevent the black plague from happening again.

The city is drowning in Plague. Panic, hunger, and fear are tearing it apart. You are the last one who can change its fate: heal it, hold it back from collapse… or drive it to ruin with your own hands!
What players are saying
I was so excited to see this game is out now! Played the demo and fell in love with the gameplay, story, art style, and plenty of puzzles to cure your patients and keep you on your toes. Plus, this game runs beautifully on the steam deck with full controller support. Definitely will be dumping more hours into this plague-tastic maserpiece!
This game is a satirical joke of the era of medieval Europe and the black plague. It plays very much like King of the Castle where you basically go through each week with an "Edict" that controls how the story progresses followed by your "Patients". The story can change whether or not you choose to cure someone and cures follow a minigame progression similar to undertale. Medicine is available for use between each rounds and can be crafted and do different things such as healing, invulnerability, or curing parts of the plague. However the best part of the game has been the dialogue. The dialogue alone is hilarious. This game does state that generated AI art was used and expounded upon by an artist which is not great because that means theres no way to know what was original art and what is an amalgamation of stolen art and honestly the developer should clarify this. My own stance on AI is this is not okay however excluding that I did receive this for free however I do not know if I would buy this at the full price of 10$. I will need more playtime to see if it truly justifies that price but 10$ is not a bad entry price depending on if you can get a 5+ hours of playtime out of it. However due to the AI not being clearly defined in what it was used on I can't support someone buying this.
