Its not great tbh, a little disappointing. The gameplay loop is rather dull, the story isnt anything interesting. The day cycle consists of picking pill and a color, or a fluid a color to create medicine and shipping it upstairs. I never found myself struggling to meet demand, and the process doesnt require any thinking
The night time portion is easily the worst. Its even more boring given the main character (who oddly looks like a weird Conan O'brien) moves bodies to and from tables at a speed close to coastal erosion. Its bad game design because none of the upgrades are worth it since your bottleneck in that process is just the guys speed which you cannot improve. The torture scenes arent anything special either.
This game is a worse version of Ravenous Devils, which Id recommend instead of this one.
Been following the game since it was announced (big fan of Ravenous Devils, which clearly this games draws inspiration from, but it comes as no surprise as the devs openly told).
This game is not for everyone: the story is dark, the setting is grim and the gore/torture sequences gave me the chills, BUT...if you're into these kind of things, there's a real treasure trove here for you.
Other reviews complain about it being "repetitive". Yeah, it is exactly the point in sim/management games. It's a clicker game with no big surprises or innovations, it's exactly what you expect from this kind of games and the price/quality is just right.
If you liked Ravenous Devils and similar games and you're into creepy/dark stuff, make no mistake and play this game!
