Cultivation Magic World is a 3D idle RPG where you progress through multiple realms via automatic farming or active combat, collecting equipment and spirit beasts along the way. The game offers class selection, physique awakenings, and prestige-style progression systems including rebirths and ascensions, with toggleable AFK automation so you can fight manually or let the game run unattended. Best suited for players who enjoy slow-burn cultivation mechanics and don't mind navigating incomplete documentation.

Very slow initially, limited/no character customization on appearance initially (outside of male and female), afk farming seems to work as intended, but the very slow growth in the starter area means you'll burn through that trial play time. I'm going to keep an eye on it and see how reviews change and fill out as time goes on, and maybe repurchase and change my review in the future. Right now, so little is presented in the first hour and change that it's a shame to refund it, but if the rest is as grindy as the beginning I didn't see much of another option.

Graphics don't wow at the start, and most of the videos seem to be of late game progression. Looking through the forums, and with only 4 stats, the number of "builds" would be kind of limited too, though again maybe that opens up more after the starting phase. Feels kinda like an old free to play mmo, which is not good, or bad, but just is.

Looking forward to seeing where the developer goes with this though, and again will be keeping an eye on it to repurchase and change review if I see more feedback implying something more complete opens up past the start.

Edit:

Repurchased just to be sure, while this is early access where it is at right now, I still can't recommend it for most players. If you do really want to get into this and give it a try, put it on easy mode/mod first by changing that in the upper right hand corner, it plays faster in that mode, and is more like a musou game at that point... except you are sorely limited in the number of attacks and methods, and builds are still kinda static. Focus on getting as over powered a build as possible by farming early bosses. This is a very LOW SKILL game on easy, and on normal, it's just slow, not hard.

So what could the developer do to make it better? More things that matter on leveling up in terms of choices, more attacks or skills, perhaps some system for choice and decision, things like that could make a world of difference. Even then, animation wise this thing needs... a massive overhaul.

I wanted to give it a fair chance, and ~$10 to do that was worth it for me to confirm my views, but.... as for value as a game..... no.... not really. There are better cultivation games, and just games in general out there for that cost.

It's a cozy AFK-grinder (cultivation) game. You make a character, select a class, gather equipment and creatures with several progression systems in place including rebirths and ascensions. You can play manually or play F8 at any time to let the game play for you, with fully customizable AFK-behavior regarding skills and such.

It does not have direct multiplayer, but NPC-controlled characters may spawn and assist you on the maps. There is also an auction house for online functionality.

The creatures you summon can fill different roles, from tanking, support, damage and so forth. They have a progression system of their own, and the class Beast Master may summon more of them. In general, any creature you see in the world(including bosses) can be captured pokemon-style.

One negative part of the game is that not much is explained which can be a little bit confusing, but overall it's a promising and entertaining game.

Very very VERY rough around the edges. Simple questions like "What is a job?" or "How do I change jobs?" or "Where is the job NPC?" are all unanswered. At least in the English version. Tried teleporting to the city to find a "job npc" but none exists there. Tried to find a jobs button on the interface but none exists.

If you want to put a ton of effort into a game that is only half translated, I guess this is for you.
