I must say, for an idler, it’s very complex, and you can tell it was made with love. I like that you can customize everything in it (your cat, your house, and your desk, among other things). It also has many features; my favorite one is fishing, which you can actually do with your friends.
Fair warning: It has a lot of menus, but you’ll totally get used to them after a while. Besides all the in-game content, the Point Shop items and badges are adorable!
This is a fantastic little idle game, but not for the reasons you'd expect. It's less of a game and more of a perfect, cozy companion to have running in the background while you work or study.
The "gameplay" itself is simple and charming. You hang out in a virtual room with other random users, which creates a nice, passive social vibe. There's a light collection loop where you can claim a new cosmetic hat every 30 minutes. The cutest feature, by far, is the virtual cat that sits on your desktop and adorably types on its tiny keyboard in perfect sync with your own typing.
But the absolute standout, my favorite thing, is the "white noise" radio.
It’s not just a few looped tracks; it's a surprisingly powerful sound mixer. You can mash up dozens of different ambient and nature sounds—like rain, a crackling fireplace, vinyl hissing, or suburb sounds —each with its own individual volume control. You can create the perfect, nonstop background soundscape for focus or relaxation.
As an idle game, it’s cute. But as a customizable white noise machine and a cozy digital companion, it's absolutely top-tier. Highly recommended.
This game is a hidden gem! I purchased this on a whim during the Steam Winter Sale and its hands down become one of my favorite Steam purchases.
If you're a fan of idlers, productivity apps, or just interested in having a little desktop companion than this is the perfect game for you! On the surface it checks all the boxes: cute, casual, fun and productivity all wrapped into one, but underneath it's got a lot of heart, great community, a dedicated dev team, plus loads of hidden features to discover.
Creativity: Lots of ways to customize your cat, house and desk. Even if you're not sold on the cat theme, there's lots of hats that let you change the look of your character.
Games: The mini games are designed well and the cool downs make sure you don't get too distracted. For those that are competitive there is a ranking system based on points, or you can 'opt-out' of ranking if you don't feel competitive.
Productivity: As a desktop idler it's the perfect companion for productivity. You can switch between full-screen mode and desktop mode when using it's productivity features or use it on top of other idlers.
Design: I'm kind of a design dork, and good or bad UI/UX can make or break my experience while playing a game. This little idler's interface is designed exceeding well, optimized great for both full screen and mini mode. There's lots customizability and hidden features to discover. I'm honestly in awe at how much thought was put into the user experience.
Community: As others have stated, there's something really charming about the quiet companionship of this game. You can chose to just chill out with your cat solo or join a Study room, Pool Party, Fish, or show off your cat/ house on a public server. I love the supportive nature of the game and helping others earn gear and fish while they AFK and knowing that others will do so in return.
Balance: Achievements and unlockable are balanced well. I'm closing in on 900hrs and still find the pacing well. Nothing earned is too far out of reach to be frustrating, or too easy to unlock that it doesn't feel earned. -As a bonus, the devs have listed their game codes on this discussion board so new players can start off with some free gear and cash.
Dev team: Shout out to the Dev team! They are really dedicated to user feedback and improving the game. Bug fixes and updates are quick and you can tell they're really listening/ care about feedback.
