the game's narrative is interesting and open-ended, and i'm looking forward for part 2. :3 great little game if you like to chill out and think about your place in the world.

God Fishing pairs minimalist idle mechanics with narrative mystery, asking players to periodically check in, bait their hook, and wait for catches that gradually reveal cryptic letters about an otherworldly fish society. The game prioritizes atmospheric storytelling and puzzles over traditional progression, best experienced in brief, meditative sessions rather than extended play. About this game
Once, there was a fisherman who preferred the quiet waves. On one night, the waves were not so quiet. For on this night, the fish would talk. In this idle experience, solve puzzles and wait in anticipation for your catch to be caught. Solve the mystery of the odd fish society and the god they serve.

So far? 7/10, needs more fish.
This indie game calls itself "experimental"? Yet it is nothing more than a horrible idle waiting game.
It gives you very little but asks you to log in every day for a few minutes to progress?
How is that a game? How is that enjoyable?
It feels more like the developer played the "MOURNING TIDE (2025)" demo that came out just 5 weeks earlier

How about I press ESC to uninstall.
P.S. In response to the comment: I installed the game, shut down my internet in the entire house, tried launching this game and it failed. Once I had internet connection back online, I was able to launch it.
So yeah, internet is MANDATORY REQUIRED for this game to run and that's a fact. Period.
