Little Lures is one of those games that sneaks up on you.
I downloaded it thinking I'd glance at it while working… and suddenly I’m planning out my fishing cabins like I'm managing waterfront real estate in Stardew Valley. 😅
It’s a relaxing idle fishing sim where you place houses, decorate your little lakeside world, and unlock new upgrades as your little fishermen do their thing. The magic is that it just lives at the bottom of your screen - quietly leveling, catching fish, and surprising you with progress every time you look back.
No FOMO timers.
No obnoxious cash shop.
Just cozy pixel art, satisfying progression, and a really clever “second-screen” design that makes it perfect for work, gaming sessions, or those “I'll play something small” evenings… that turn a few hours.
If you like:
- Chill idle games
- Decorating little pixel worlds
- Progress systems that feel rewarding
- Cozy vibes on a second monitor while you grind IRL tasks
- An active developer that receives feedback well
…this is one of the easiest recommends I’ve made in a while.
