wtf why is this good, i thought i would hate this and instead played it for nearly 3 hours straight
EDIT: played some more, and this is a crazy game. i have some weird bug with the font sizing that causes some things to be offscreen or text to be covered under other elements, i have a feeling this is because i'm on CachyOS Linux and the font packages this game may expect to be present in Windows are not here.
highly recommend this game - my only complaint is it feels just a bit too long with the 90 day expectation. i still have about 30 days left after 7 hours, and have hit over a million pennies, but i can't leave for Spain early.
FINAL EDIT: just finished the game today - had a really good time with this. enjoyed getting to know the characters and seeing all the art and all the mechanics the game had to offer. will probably do some replays in the future to try some other stuff as well
In a world of FPS, FIFA and Fortnite, it takes true visionaries to make a mark on the gaming landscape. This game is that. Charming graphics, an easy to use interface and enough secrets to encourage multiple playthroughs. This game may not appeal to those who like to be handheld and spoonfed - but for gamers who yearn for something different, this game presents a challenge like no other. So refreshing that there are some developers out there that are willing to shake up the status quo and get game development back to the art form it used to be
