Demo update live nowIt was amazing seeing people finally play Black Cat Book Club during and after Steam Next Fest.I'm happy about how the festival went, and I'm so grateful for everyone who left a review, feedback, or a simple nice message.I took all the feedback to heart, and I've been working really hard on improving the game.Some of the changes you'll see are:Idle Study: like a proper desktop companion game, now the cat automatically studies the glyphs, but you can still help by clicking and revealing their meaning too.Focus: like before, focus is used to study, but now when it depletes, the cat sleeps (see video below) to recover it and earn DreamsMagic: spells are now cast using mana and you'll see their effect immediately (no sigil studying needed after you learn them!)Fullscreen issues and other bugs should now be goneMore settings (possibility to hide partially or totally the UI, start a New game, ...)Progress should be automatically brought over from the last save; please let me know if you encounter any issues.I hope you'll enjoy these changes!Release dateI'm excited to announce that the full game will come out on the 4th of September!See you soon!
