Lysoria is a short idle-clicker with settlement building trappings, playable in roughly two to three hours. You gather resources through clicking and worker assignment, then perform periodic resets to unlock meta-upgrades that boost your next run. It delivers basic automation and progression systems, though its shallow mechanics and limited depth make it best suited for players seeking a quick, low-commitment incremental experience.

I completed the game in about 2 hours.
It's a typical idler/clicker game with rebirth and meta-upgrade mechanics.

Pros:
  • - Visually pleasing.
  • - Resources can be manually gathered, and the amount scales with your progress — which is nice and rare to see. Although, this matters less toward the end.

Neutral:
  • - The game is short. You should be done in 2–3 hours
  • - There’s no overview or statistics for your production, such as how many resources you generate per minute or hour.

Cons:
  • - It's predetermined what and where you build things. You don’t even place them yourself — your advisor does it for you.
  • - After your first rebirth, you start with all buildings already constructed. The only management is assigning people to buildings.
Resource requirements don’t scale with population. You always need the same number of workers for food and the tavern, for example. This doesn't increase with higher population.
  • - Meta progression is too fast: almost fully upgraded after the second rebirth, and completely maxed out after the third. You receive Wisdom too quickly.
  • - I only did 5 of the available 15 battles and was able to skip to the final battle via meta/rebirth skills. That shouldn't be possible.

QoL (Quality of Life) issues:
  • - Available workers don’t refresh automatically when the building overview is open — you have to reselect the building.
  • - I don’t understand what the bakery does, as it doesn’t seem to have its own resource.
  • - Let me manually enter the number of workers to assign to a building instead of only allowing increments of +10. This becomes very click-intensive toward the end.

Afterthoughts:

I think the combat system could be massively expanded with more diverse troop types to make it feel like a real army. This would also allow for more meaningful building paths.

Right now, you just assign all available citizens to lumberjack, quarry, or the clay pit and wait for resources to accumulate for upgrades. The other buildings don’t really matter, since they produce enough with just 10 workers.

While I think I understand the intention here, the game does not offer much gameplay wise. Yes it is an idler but the mechanics are shallow and I don't think it's the money worth.

Alright so for a first attempt on game development and for a price of 0,99 cents it's okay.

It's an ilde clicker that you can finish in like 2-3 hours and it's pretty shallow. If you want something like age of empires, this is NOT it. Buildings are places automatically and all you really do is click resources, assign workers, reset everything to buy upgrades and send troops in small battles.

Nice visuals but overall just a small idle clicker that will doesn't offer much. I'm still giving it a positive review because everyone starts small and maybe this dev will make a proper indie RTS game one day.

There is just nothing to this. Extremely shallow.

0/5 - Not really a game at all. Just a few buttons to click, and the tutorial does 90% of that for you.
