Evergarden lets you transform a desolate plot of land into a thriving island through patient tile restoration and delegation. You'll shovel away barren ground, hire workers to passively gather resources, and gradually unlock new ecosystems that expand autonomously. It's designed for players seeking a low-pressure experience where progress compounds steadily without demanding constant attention.

This one feels like robbing the dev. Very well made incremental with a superb progression. Only gripe is missing achievements. But damn this one is SO good and delivers a huge game for 4 bucks.

v1.2.1 Patch Notes

Improved the global pulse effect. Added an isometric oval shockwave that spreads from the center island. Global pulse damage now affects only tiles reached by the shockwave. Fixed island resets so only fully claimed islands are reset. Adjusted Archipelago XP and island expansion balance. Slowed late-game island unlock progression. Fixed save loading and island layout issues. Added missing localization entries and synchronized language keys. Updated the game version to 1.2.1.

Update: Progression Rebalance, Pet UI & Rendering Improvements

Pet Upgrade Cost Balancing: Rebalanced all pet upgrade costs (both Unique and Speed upgrades) to scale dynamically based on each pet's unlock stage. The upgrade costs are now aligned with the expected progression economy model (using reinvested gold curves). Trait Tree Node Cost Balancing: Rebalanced Trait Tree node unlock costs (both Main and Sub-nodes) using the expected economy progression curves. This ensures that unlocking traits scales naturally and feels rewarding in relation to your actual progression stage. Improved Pet UI Layout: Fixed a UI layout issue where the "Equip" button was horizontally stretched and distorted when only one pet slot was active. The button now maintains its clean, original aspect ratio when single-equipped, while still dynamically stretching to split the space when multiple pet slots are unlocked. Fixed Flying Pet Rendering: Fixed a visual bug where flying pets (Sparrow, Bee, Moth) would get incorrectly rendered behind or covered by tall grass tiles. They will now hover correctly above their occupied tiles without clipping.
