Incremental Cats

Well, I like cats, and I like incremental, so you can already smell the bias from miles away, huh. I really enjoyed this one and pretty much played it with breaks to stretch my legs here and there. It might be a little repetitive for some, as you go through the same loop, but for me, that wasn’t an issue or a bother. With cats from common to rare, epic and even legendary ones! It was fun to go try and collect them all, along with a fun prestige system that gives you spells to help you with your runs. And the little party time was a nice, fun touch as well. The only thing I did do was turn the sound off after a while to go listen to some podcast stuff. But I do this with most games anyway, so eeeh. And I can vouch for the dev being a nice person who loves his little potato’s aka me, I’m the little potato. I legit sent in some feedback saying: I’m too lazy to scroll, is there a way to hide maxed out stuff, and the dev was like, " Wish granted. Like heeeeeell ye. Cause if anything, having an incremental you like and being able to be lazy in it and enjoy the process to me is just <3 Seeing the cats, the actual real-life cats at the end of the credits, of course, made me melt even more. A stupid detail, perhaps, but still… So sweet! And judge me for it all you want, I would love to see an incremental cat 2 to spend another nice evening with again. Secretly hoping that time it includes a precious nood (sphynx cats), like mine. (This is a very non-subtle hint btw, just [strike]saying[/strike] typing. Lol!) I received a key from a reddit giveaway... but this is absolutely worth $3. What a delightful way to spend my morning. It's an incremental, obviously lol so not tons of wheel-reinvention here. I'm in the camp that thinks there doesn't always need to be; sometimes a good sammie can just be a good sammie. This is a cute, tasty and fun sammie :) and in a new-to-me mechanic... prestiging giving you points for spells that you activate with the space bar during runs, vs stat/resource/etc a/b/c, is something I quite liked. It's bright and clean; everything looks and sounds great. And it's one of those games that has a happy vibe the whole way through that you can't quite explain. I didn't need to watch the short bit of "ending" (pics of real friendos!) to know that the dev loved both the subject matter and these types of games. It scratches a Nodebuster itch (with menus for upgrades, no skill trees here), a numbers go up itch... it's everything it should be. If I had any issue at all, honestly, it would be that I wanted more of it. A good problem to have, though; if the dev chose, this would be an easy game to support/expand. If you like these kinds of games, this is hundo worth three bucks. Also: kittehs.

If u need game to relax, this is perfect game for you. You don't need to think a lot, just play as usual. The cats face are cute, and the music is really good and relaxing. You can try the demo first before buying also, the price is very affordable.
