Atomic Synthesis wraps an idle loop around chemistry fundamentals, having you collect elements from the periodic table and feed them into an automated synthesizer that converts matter into energy. You'll manage efficiency by stabilizing the machine and unlocking new elements through discovery, balancing resource gathering with strategic upgrades. It appeals to players who enjoy educational themes mixed with hands-off progression and the satisfaction of watching systems optimize themselves.

Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Atomic Synthesis:
Gotta catch 'em all! Collecting elements of the periodic table turns out to be quite a relaxing experience in this pleasing to the eye idler. With the Codex, great way to learn things about chemistry!
+ Starts as a clicker (or rather a "mouse hover"), quickly becomes an idler. Another victory for the automation team!
+ The unlock allowing you to assemble elements into molecules to boost your upgrades is a cool way to refresh the experience. Gotta chase those isotopes, too!
+ Props to the (pretty responsive) dev who just today released an absolutely great patch with small fixes, little improvements and... wait for it... the Codex!
+ The Codex is the perfect way to learn more about chemistry. The codex reveals progressively more information the higher mastery tier the element is.
- Would have liked to get some kind of ending after completing the full periodic table.
*What do you call two isotopes out on a Friday night? Carbon dating.*

Update v1.1.1 (Mobile version in the works)

A quick update which I think finalizes the many things I wanted to do with the game. For now at least. So with that it is time to make this game available on mobile. Release date unknown, just in the works. V1.1.1: Updated the tutorials to be less of a wall of text and actually a proper tutorial. Added a new system preference in the settings menu to disable the visuals for the assistant collector. Added a new animation for when a player creates a molecule to show the 3-d model of the molecule, its EV/s and what upgrade it boosts. Added more information to molecules archives. Added ? buttons to the unlock, lab, and accelerator terminal tabs to explain what they do instead of having the help tab in the settings. Changed the upgrade sliders to be hidden behind the ? button of every upgrade to make the upgrade terminal tab less cluttered.

V1.1.0 Update

Added a completely new place in the archive called The Codex and you get to it by selecting a element in the table and then clicking on the main element icon which will say view codex. The Codex has information of the element for people interested in learning about them. The codex reveals more information the higher mastery tier the element is maxing out at 50 or L.Changed how lab recipes are handled. At the start you will have no recipes to choose from and must find them by collecting in the reactor.Removed the molecule achievement having their formulas on them to focus on this new mechanic.Added a new notification in the reactor when a recipe is found.Changed games icon to be way better.Major performance tweaks.Found and replaced any duplicate molecules with new ones.Fixed the Isotope Saturation Achievement.Updated achievement notifications to be more streamlined visually.Updated the look of the 3-d molecule viewer.Changed secret achievements to be more easily achievable for first time players.Added new sounds for collecting elements based of what element group they are.Added a slider to the some upgrades to allow you to go back and force between levels and such. This slider shows after level 10 of these upgrades.Added a new secret molecule and achievement which goes with it.Added a list when clicking on event combination in the archive which displays which elements and how many times an element has triggered this event.Added a new soft reset button for people past points in the game when new things are added. Everything but the Archive (Mastery and Achievements) will be reset and locked again. Acts like a prestige but there is no benefit to it.Allowed for the offline gains to be turned off in the settings menu for those who do and do not want it. Will be on by default.Allowed for the offline gains to be turned off in the settings menu for those who do and do not want it. Will be on by default.

Removed the isotope refinement as it make it too easy too create molecules. Make the recipe list in the lab auto sort to cheapest available molecule for easy of use.
