Corner Market lets you run a small shop that operates in a floating window, requiring minimal attention while you multitask. You'll manage inventory, set prices, and watch customers trickle in as your business grows passively over time. It's designed for players who want the satisfaction of building something without demanding active engagement.

I really enjoy this game—it’s super chill, has great graphics, and is perfect to leave running in the background while AFK. However, there’s a major bug: whenever I restart or turn off my PC, all my progress resets and the game restarts at Level 1. Please fix this issue, as it would easily be a top-tier cozy game otherwise!

Checking in on it now and then and growing the market feels pretty relaxing. For the price, it already feels more than fair, and there’s a solid amount of content for an Early Access game. If you like idle/casual games, it’s a cute and chill experience.

Cleanup Update is live!

Hey shopkeepers! This one's a cleanup pass. I went through the whole store with a broom in hand, squashing the bugs you reported, smoothing out rough corners, and adding a few comfort features that make running your market a lot less fiddly. Nothing flashy this time. Just a shop that behaves the way it should. New Features Move Mode. A dedicated mode for repositioning things you've already placed. No more removing and re-buying just to shift a shelf two tiles left. See-through placement. Objects now turn transparent when they overlap while you're moving them, so you can actually see where your product is going to land. Preview before you buy. Try out floors and walls in your store before spending a single coin. No more buyer's remorse over that tile pattern. Quick Mute button. One click, instant silence. Perfect for when someone walks into the room. Improvements Customers now scale with your store. Even after raising the shop's customer limit, the place still stayed nearly empty. Customer flow is now tied to your store's maximum capacity, so the bigger your market gets, the busier it gets. Vertical shelf product menu. The product selection UI is now fully vertical, which makes it much easier to scan and pick what you need. "Panels can be moved" hint. A lot of players never realized the panels were draggable, so now the game tells you. Expansion warning. The expansion tab now clearly states that the purchase can't be undone, before you commit to it. Tutorial rework. I fixed a number of misalignment issues, and added short video tutorials with simple, to-the-point explanations for the features people were getting stuck on. Tutorial video panel polish. Cleaner layout, better readability. Grid placement polish. Snapping and alignment feel noticeably tighter. Bug Fixes Fixed the max customer count creeping upward every time you quit and relaunched the game. Fixed cleaner staff showing 0/6 even when you had cleaners hired. Fixed the grid disappearing in Edit Mode. Fixed t...

The Road Ahead for Corner Market

{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/46093963/0f5ec4c07140fa74a4efafdda67ec36e263c7975.png Hi everyone! First of all, thank you for playing Corner Market and sharing your feedback. Your bug reports, suggestions, reviews, and discussions have helped me understand what the game needs next. Today, I'm happy to share the current roadmap for Corner Market! Cleanup Update My first priority is making the game more stable and enjoyable. This update will focus on: Bug fixes Save-file safety Quality-of-life improvements Better onboarding Performance improvements I want to make sure the core experience feels reliable and smooth before moving on to larger features. Steam Community Update After that, I want to make Corner Market feel more connected to the Steam community. I'm planning: Friends leaderboards Global leaderboards New achievements The possibility of visiting your friends' stores I'll also look into Steam Trading Cards, depending on the game's eligibility and Steam's approval. I can't promise the friends' store visits yet, but it's something I would love to explore during development. Renovation Update The Renovation Update will expand the creative and late-game sides of Corner Market. I'm planning: New decorations Expensive late-game renovations More wall and floor options A rework of how customers search for products The goal is to give you more ways to personalize your market while adding meaningful objectives for long-term players. Streamer Mode: Kick Beta Streamer Mode will be a small, optional, and experimental feature made for livestreams. I'm keeping the first version focused and limited. The beta will help me understand what works for both streamers and viewers before deciding whether to expand it further. Version 1.0: macOS Support Okay, here we go. The final milestone is Version 1.0 and macOS support. Bringing Corner Market to macOS will not be a simple update. The game was originally built around Windows, so making sure everything works properly on macOS will require a lot ...

Level Reset Bug Fixed

Hey everyone! I have fixed the bug that caused some players to drop to a lower level. I have also added a fix that brings affected players back to their previous level. It may not land exactly where you left off, but the difference should be no more than a level or two. Thank you for reporting it. I will share the roadmap soon, but before making any final decisions, I want to collect your thoughts and ideas. I would really appreciate it if you shared your feedback about the game with me through any platform.
