Idle Roller

I've had this game running in the corner of my screen while getting work and other things done on my computer. For the price of a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee, it gives you something to distract yourself with briefly if you need to take a quick break from whatever you've been staring at. You can play yourself, or let it auto roll for you so you're still able to unlock things while doing whatever on your PC.

If you're spending time randomly scrolling on your phone as a quick distraction, this could be a good alternative for you.
