About This Game

A short incremental game about fishing, earning gold, and unlocking powerful upgrades to dominate the waters.

Could be a fun game, but it is more of a ride than a game. No real choices to make, just zip through and get everything 1 at a time. Very much "on rails." 2/5 - With a little more depth and some real choices to make, this game could be a solid 3 or 4 out of 5.

tl;dr - It's the epitome of "fine." only get the game if you need a 2 hours of brain rot (it's been a tough week, ok?) I'm typically pretty lenient on these micro-incrementals because they're short and cheap, but it's hard to recommend this one. The tree is effectively linear, there's little to no strategy, there's little to no feedback about how any given upgrade is performing -- even the fish results screen isn't color coded to match the session colors, and even though it really makes little difference the fish effects sometimes just wouldn't trigger.

Short answare: this game was very, very fun and worth the price. I took about 3 hours to compleate the game and 3.5 hours roughtly to compleatly 100% it. The game was overall very fun and extreamly statisfing to play, It did get stale afew times throughout my run but it wasnt to bad and I didnt findmyself to bored, however I did compleate the game over about 3 days. I would highly reccomend you buy this game, for the low price it was really a fun experience, and I can already see the strong potential for future content updates if they dont abandon it (please dont) For the genre I would personally give it a 8.5/10 rating.
One last thing, in the very end game there is a large series of upgrades you can do in a branch format that take awhile, they dont give any achiments or special reward for compeatling them, so i wouldnt bother. (took me about 45mins to finish all of them so they took abit of time)
