Profit Sea is a short fishing-themed incremental where you accumulate gold and purchase upgrades in a largely predetermined sequence. With minimal strategic decisions and straightforward progression, it's a low-engagement idle experience best suited for brief, thoughtless play sessions rather than sustained engagement.
About this game
A short incremental game about fishing, earning gold, and unlocking powerful upgrades to dominate the waters.

tl;dr - It's the epitome of "fine." only get the game if you need a 2 hours of brain rot (it's been a tough week, ok?)
I'm typically pretty lenient on these micro-incrementals because they're short and cheap, but it's hard to recommend this one. The tree is effectively linear, there's little to no strategy, there's little to no feedback about how any given upgrade is performing -- even the fish results screen isn't color coded to match the session colors, and even though it really makes little difference the fish effects sometimes just wouldn't trigger.
Could be a fun game, but it is more of a ride than a game. No real choices to make, just zip through and get everything 1 at a time. Very much "on rails."
2/5 - With a little more depth and some real choices to make, this game could be a solid 3 or 4 out of 5.
