⚔ New Auto-Heal ability — a new in-battle toggle that automatically restores Vitality throughout a fight for 1,000,000 Blood Fuel per battle. Burn currency instead of dying. Health potions in battle — quaff a potion mid-fight to restore Vitality without leaving the Dark Circuit. On-hit ability effects — striking a foe while a Decree is active now fires themed impact effects matched to that ability. 🩸 Combat & Balance Bosses can no longer one-shot you — every enemy now has a per-hit damage cap (bosses up to 50, elites 35, lesser foes 25). Deep runs are a war of attrition, not a coin-flip death. Flee reworked — fleeing now costs half your Blood Fuel and half your Grave Data, but you keep your Depth. Retreat, heal, and dive back in (a brief Coward's Mark still applies). Health potion cost capped — potions now run 3,000–5,000 Blood Fuel by depth instead of spiraling into the tens of thousands on deep dives. Ascension gated to Depth 50 — reach Depth 50 before you can ascend. 🧩 Puzzles Cipher puzzles redesigned — a visual decoder strip shows each code letter with its real letter right beneath it. Find, match, spell — no cryptography required. Puzzles never interrupt a battle — random puzzles wait until your fight is over; reward puzzles only appear once a room is cleared. Hint cost capped at 5,000 Blood Fuel (still cheap early on). Fixed a rare freeze on the hardest Reflex puzzles. 🎨 Presentation All six chambers rebuilt with bespoke themed layouts — the Engines, Reliquary, Throne, Workshop, Archives, and Royal Court each have their own living, animated design. Unique ambient animation & backgrounds per screen — every chamber has its own atmosphere, colors, and motion. Animated Dark Circuit — a slow zoom-and-pan brings the dungeon to life. Backgrounds are now full-bleed and responsive — no more cut-off edges. 🔊 Audio Custom ability sounds — each Decree has its own satisfying activation cue. ⚔️ Combat Overhaul Combo & Frenzy — chain rapid strikes to build a combo that ramps your damage. Reach ×25 to ignite FRENZY: the arena blazes, your crit chance surges, and every blow hits harder. Keep striking between rooms to carry your streak. Weak Points — a golden reticle now appears on your foe. Strike the hit box the instant it snaps to the target ring for a MASSIVE perfect crit (up to ~15× damage). Aim and timing matter. Foes hold their ground — even early enemies now take a few solid hits, so combos, Frenzy, and weak-point crits matter from the very first depth. 💀 Death Means Something Falling in the Dark Circuit now triggers a true death screen instead of a quiet respawn. The Circuit claims its due — you lose part of your hoard and suffer two lingering curses: Grave Weakness (−50% attack) and Bloodless (−50% Blood Fuel intake) — until they fade. ⚙️ Auto-Strikers Spend Blood Fuel on Auto-Strikers — automated blows that carve through foes while you idle. Stack levels to dive hands-free. 🔊 All-New Sound Design A full audio pass with distinct, designed sounds for slaying (normal / elite / epic boss fanfare), critical hits, boss roars, taking damage, room clears, treasure, sanctums, abilities, ascension, and death. Fixed overlapping, muddy sword sounds during rapid clicking. 🧰 Quality of Life Buy ×1 / ×10 / Max for Generators and Auto-Strikers. Mute toggles for music and sound effects. New Combat Stats panel — click power, crit, live combo bonus, auto-DPS, and perfect-hit damage at a glance. Auto-Strikers can also be bought from the Workshop. Safer save import — imports are validated and confirmed before overwriting your progress. ⚖️ Balance The Dark Circuit bites a little harder: enemies are slightly tankier and hit a touch harder as you descend, and you heal a bit less between rooms — so Vitality and your Auto-Strikers matter more. 🐞 Fixes Frenzy's arena glow now persists when a combo carries between rooms. Assorted combat-feedback and audio polish.
