It was alright.
I think this could be better with just some few tweaks, though I havent reached really far into it. I think inability to assign multiple workers into a single refiner for collection makes it so it over produces very significantly and little guys can't keep up delivering refined materials quickly enough to match the production, and you cant assign multiple so it just slows down. Same with production machines, you can only assign so many guys to actually reliver resources to it. I think they also spend way too much time doing their little "work" animation in front of the objects. Maybe these issues go away later with some unlocks? or upgrades? but by the third tier of factory it was taking enough time and I was annoyed by it enough to want to make it faster while I couldn't.
Also this game is made in Godot and there isn't a camera smoothing. I've dealt with it myself, when if you move AND rotate camera around at the same time, everything starts to jitter visually because _process and _physics_process framerates dont match up. Developer would need to do enable physics interpolation in the project settings or handle interpolation on their own for the camera.
Another thing is Godot's character body 3D is quite rigid and doesn't immediately allow for easy step up collisions, or maybe some things like producers just have too big colliders to be able to jump through over or through them. Navigating a factory as another first person agent is pretty difficult. You can also body block your guys and its a bit annoying.
