🖱️ Right-Click Panel — new Right-click any PC, vending machine, or arcade cabinet: a small window pops up with info about that object. - What the customer at that table wants, and how much they'll pay - The PC's actual condition and how much lifespan it has left - Vending machine stock and refill cost - How full the arcade's money box is The window doesn't pause the game—the cafe keeps running in the background. Click elsewhere or wait a moment and it closes automatically. 🥤 Vending Machine Stock and Refill — new Vending machines aren't infinite anymore. Each order costs one unit of stock. When a machine runs out, it can't prepare orders—but requests don't disappear, they wait in queue. Right-click the panel and hit REFILL to restock with cash. So drink income isn't pure profit anymore—it's the difference between refill cost and selling price. Empty machines show a red warning in the status panel; easy to spot. 🕹️ Arcade Money Box — new Arcade machines now collect their earnings inside. No timer, money doesn't vanish—no rush. A coin icon above the machine fills up as it collects. When the box fills, customers start playing for free; the machine flashes red. To empty it, right-click → EMPTY. You can also just click it directly when full. 🙋 Customer Requests and PC Clicks — new Seated customers now ask for small favors—install flash, grab headphones, load a game. If you miss the thought bubble, the request doesn't vanish: right-click the panel to handle it when you're free, though the tip shrinks. Dying PCs start clicking before they fail. Catch the sound and service them in time to prevent crashes mid-session. 📊 Screens Completely Redesigned - End of day: graphs are sharper, compact, and colorful. Your level stands out clearly. - Victory: celebration mood—balloons, medals, confetti. - Bankruptcy: explains plainly why you failed. "Play again" now goes to setup, not the main menu. - Store: shows why you can't buy something—not enough cash, wrong level? "Need +25 coin" ...

Full changelog below. 🐱 The Cafe Cat Meet the cafe cat: pick one of 4 coats and give it a name when you open your cafe — your companion sticks with you across every run. It wanders its own routes through the aisles, naps where it pleases, and yes — you can pet it. A little heart tells you it's working. Rumor has it a truly loyal friendship unlocks something hidden… 🌧 Rainy Days Some days now open grey: rain hums against the storefront, drops streak down the glass, and thunder rolls in — with lightning that flashes the whole room in sync with the sound. Slightly fewer walk-ins while it pours. The cozy factor, however, is priceless. 💡 Living Light & Shadows Furniture now casts real shadows that swing with the sun — long at dawn, short at noon, stretching again toward dusk. Sunbeams pour through the windows on clear afternoons. At night your cafe sign burns neon pink — breathing, buzzing, occasionally flickering like the real thing. PC screens, vending machines and arcades glow harder after dark. 🏆 New Achievements 7 new achievements: streak runs, money milestones — plus two secrets we won't spoil. (Hint: one involves the cat. The other, a fly.) ✨ Feel & Fixes Customers now fidget, stretch and look around while they wait — the room feels busier without being noisier. Screen shake is back on the big moments (level-ups, streaks, breakdowns). New sounds: purring, rain, thunder, neon buzz, and a proper power-down thunk on blackouts. The floor shimmer is gone — a rendering quirk as old as the cafe itself, fixed at the root. Cleaner UI icons and a pile of small polish. Enjoying the game? A short review helps a small cafe more than you'd think. 💛
Last week I asked Chinese players on Reddit to check whether my AI-assisted Chinese localization felt natural. The community delivered — missing games, better slang, even a better rank name. v1.2 changes: ~200 Chinese strings rewritten in authentic 2000s internet café voice, with community-sourced terminology Arcade machine names now localized in all languages (no more Turkish cabinet labels for CN/JP/KR/DE/PT players!) Fixed: trade-in discount displayed incorrectly in Chinese (actual discount is 40%) Fixed: "Cycle customers" menu label mismatch with tutorial hints Unified terminology across all menus (perks, apprentice ranks, machine names) This update was shaped by the r/China_irl community. If you spot anything that still reads off — in any language — tell me. I ship fixes fast. 🎮
