This is Plague Inc with a tech twist. It's not bad but the game does nothing to help you understand how it works. Some of the stats seem self explanatory, Stealth for example, but what is the difference to obfuscation? The game needs a tutorial to explain all its systems, until it gets one I unfortunately can't recommend it. Even at a low price.
