This Game is so perfect that i never want to play another Game. You can just open it on your third, fourth or fith monitor and even idle it while doing something else. It's also nice to just f around in the game. Find out yourself!
A very relaxing and realistic game! Its perfect for after work/school. One of the best parts is basically playing god and controlling the weather which is my favorit part about the game. I can totally recommend this game!
🎃 Watching the Sky - Update 1.1 is here! It's been a while since our last major update, but Update 1.1 for Watching the Sky is finally available! We've spent quite some time working on a new feature that lets you enjoy the game even when you're not actively playing it. We've also made some progress on future modding support and fixed a few bugs that have been bothering us (and probably some of you) for a while. Happy Halloween Update - Here's what's changed ;D 🌤️ New: Dynamic Desktop Wallpaper Mode (Windows) One of the biggest additions in this update is the new Dynamic Desktop Wallpaper Mode. You can now use your current scene from Watching the Sky as an animated background for your Windows desktop. The wallpaper uses the actual game environment, rendered in real time . This means you can keep your preferred camera view, weather settings, time of day and environment directly on your desktop, with clouds and atmospheric effects continuing to move in the background. You can, for example, set up a nice sunset, a cloudy afternoon or a rainy scene and leave it running behind your desktop icons while you're doing something else on your PC. This is gold for Christmas (I mean it's nearly Christmas!? TIme is running) The wallpaper mode includes: Your configured environment, camera perspective, weather and time-of-day settings.Real-time rendering instead of a prerecorded video or static image.Animated clouds, lighting and weather effects.The ability to enjoy your scene directly on the desktop without keeping the regular game window open. We spent a fair amount of time getting this to work properly, so we're happy to finally make it available. We're also interested to hear how well it works on different hardware configurations. Please note: Desktop Wallpaper Mode is currently only supported on Windows.
