Manage a quirky card shop that runs in the background while you attend to other tasks. You'll open booster packs of bizarre collectible creatures, stock shelves, sell individual cards to eccentric customers, and gradually expand your storefront with decorations. The game combines light business simulation with idle progression and offbeat humor as peculiar shoppers interact with your growing inventory.
About this game
Run a tiny card shop while you do other things. Open packs of absurd Grombos, sell singles, restock shelves, decorate your shop, and watch weird customers walk in, buy cards, or leave deeply confused.
Hello, shopkeepers! A new update is now available for the Grombo Card Shop Idle demo, bringing two major new features: a completely new Shop Upgrade System and the Customer Service Desk. IMPROVE YOUR SHOP YOUR WAY The new upgrade system lets you decide how your business evolves. Choose which parts of the shop you want to improve first and invest in the upgrades that best suit the way you play. There is no single correct way to run a card shop. There are, however, many financially questionable ones. NEW FURNITURE: CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK The Customer Service Desk is a brand-new piece of furniture where you can receive Special Orders. These requests work like small card-based puzzles. Pay attention to what the customer is asking for, examine your collection and figure out which card will complete the order. Customers could simply tell you exactly what they want. But apparently that would be too easy. PLAY THE NEW UPDATE Try out the new upgrade system, build the Customer Service Desk and let us know what you think of the Special Orders! Thank you to everyone playing the demo, sharing feedback and helping us improve the game 💜 Play the Grombo Card Shop Idle demo for free on Steam!
Hello, shopkeepers! A new update is now available for the Grombo Card Shop Idle demo. This update focuses on making the whole game look better, feel clearer, and be more comfortable to play. We’ve improved the visuals throughout the game, polished lots of UI and UX details, fixed plenty of bugs, and added a brand-new feature: the Store Calendar. A VISUAL UPGRADE FOR THE WHOLE GAME We’ve improved the visuals across the shop, cards, interfaces, and many other parts of the game. The biggest glow-up goes to the shiny cards, which now look much more special when you finally pull one. They were shiny before. Now they are scientifically shinier. NEW FEATURE: STORE CALENDAR The new Store Calendar brings important information about your business together in one place. You can review previous days, check your daily summaries, keep track of bills, and better understand what has been happening in your increasingly questionable cardboard empire. Running a card shop is still a terrible financial decision, but at least it is now properly documented. MORE IMPROVEMENTS This update also includes: Lots of UI and UX improvementsA small update to the cards in the current setVisual improvements throughout the entire gamePlenty of bug fixes and general polish If you played a previous version of the demo, this is a great time to come back and see how much the shop has changed. Thank you to everyone who has played, shared feedback, and found increasingly creative ways to break the game 💜 Play the demo for free and wishlist Grombo Card Shop Idle on Steam!
Hello, aspiring cardboard tycoons! Demo V3 of Grombo Card Shop Idle is now available! This update does not expand the demo with twenty new systems and a variable-rate mortgage. Instead, we focused on making everything already there feel much clearer, smoother, prettier and more polished. Although we may have also hidden a small surprise for the most obsessive collectors… Have you completed the Grombodex? Are you sure? Collecting every card in the regular set now lets you discover a new secret hidden inside the Grombodex. We could tell you exactly what happens, but that would make it considerably less secret. Complete the collection and find out whether your life as a collector was truly over. It probably wasn’t. A much more Grombo interface This version includes a huge number of UI and UX improvements throughout the entire demo. We have revised menus, panels, buttons, information and several parts of the game to make managing the shop, opening packs and checking your collection clearer, more consistent and more pleasant. It is still a questionably managed business. At least now it is easier to understand why everything is going wrong. Some Grombos went back into surgery We have also redesigned several Grombos and cards that did not quite match the final look of the game. Don’t worry: they still look suspiciously drawn. They simply look suspiciously better drawn now. Fewer bugs, stronger cardboard Demo V3 also includes numerous bug fixes and smaller adjustments based on feedback from players of the previous versions. Thank you to everyone who sent us feedback, shared videos or discovered increasingly creative ways to break our tiny card shop. Play Demo V3 for free! You can download and play the new version of the demo for free right now. Whether this is your first visit or you already completed the collection, this is the best time to reopen the shop. And if you enjoy what we are building, please add Grombo Card Shop Idle to your wishlist. It makes a huge difference ...
