Hover the cursor over your cat so it stops, then move the mouse left and right as if you were stroking it. No clicking needed. When the cursor turns into a hand, your cat is ready to be petted.Your cat will purr, rub against you, and hearts will float up above it. Petting raises Love (the bar with the heart).Keep in mind that your cat's patience has limits. If you pet it too often, it will let you know that's enough for now and wander off to do its own thing. Let it rest, and it will be happy to be petted again. We've just released a patch for the Purrtopia demo addressing several bugs you reported. Here's what's fixed:This patch includes:- Improved movement-area selection over desktop windows and folders.- Cats and items now stay inside the selected area during movement, dragging, and play.- The ball now bounces at the area's edges, with brief blue boundary feedback.- Purchased items and spawned objects now appear inside the selected area.- Visits now use the host's movement area, with your own restored when you leave.- Cats no longer pursue unreachable objects.- Automatic feeding during visits has been improved.- Online connection handling and repeat visit notifications have been improved.- Starting coins have been corrected from 12,000 to 120 for new saves.- Debug artifact unlocks have been removed, so artifacts are now only available once found.Thanks for playing Purrtopia!
