Cats stay in front of your windows againThe overlay the cats live on could get pushed behind your windows, so the club would quietly sink behind whatever you were working on until a restart. It now re-asserts itself politely: it skips the moments when the club menu, the settings window, or the welcome card is open, so nothing you open gets shoved behind the cats either. Two achievements were unobtainable. Sorry :(Full House was counting coats you could not adopt yet, so the tally could never reach the target. It now counts exactly what it says: all 24 free coats out at once. DLC coats never count, so nobody has to buy anything to finish it. Herding Cats wanted cats on three monitors, which locked it out forever for everyone with one or two. It now scales to your hardware: cats on three monitors, or on every monitor you have, whichever is fewer. Both unlock on their own the next time you meet the new requirements with the club running. Thanks for the reports in week one. Keep them coming.
Taskbar Cat Club is out. Adopt a few pixel cats and they will get on with living at the bottom of your screen: walking the taskbar, climbing on top of whatever window you left open, riding it when you drag it, napping in heaps, and getting the zoomies at inconvenient moments. They stay out of your way. Everything except a cat is click-through, so your desktop keeps working exactly as it did. There are 24 coats built in, 10 achievements to trip over, and Workshop support if you would rather draw your own cat than use mine. It is 10% off until September 4.
