Lead an army of dwarves across procedurally generated planets, harvesting ore through various mining tools and converting your finds into credits. The game pairs manual mining with idle mechanics, letting you accumulate resources while away. Fans of satisfying resource loops and sci-fi settings will find plenty to optimize here.

Hello, Chieftains! I’ve prepared a new version of the demo (0.1.4) for you.I want to thank everyone who played the demo and added the game to their wishlist. I’d also like to give special thanks to those who left feedback in the community or through the Google Forms. I read every review and take many of them into account. This means a lot to me, and it helps me make the game much better. For example, some of you helped me settle a few debatable questions I had doubts about. So, what have I prepared for you?Added a tutorial that will help you better understand how the game’s mechanics work.Fixed balance issues - in particular, a bug in the cargo hold upgrade that prevented you from fully destroying a size M planet.Added an upgrade - pickaxe auto-attack. Your feedback showed me that there’s too much clicking, and you’d rather watch the dwarves and use the spaceship’s equipment.Numerous UI improvements and fixes. There are quite a lot of them, so I won’t list them all, but the game will be more comfortable to play.Reworked the card drop system. Thanks to you, I realized I overdid it with how often cards appear during a session. I changed the mechanic, and now it looks and feels much less annoying. At least, I think so =)Added an option to disable the screen VFX effect. There was a lot of feedback saying it was very uncomfortable to play with this effect, so now you can turn it off in the settings.Fixed the camera behavior in the upgrades window, which caused navigation problems. I reworked it, so it should be better now.Added a skill indicator to the upgrades screen. I felt that once you have a lot of skills, it takes too long to find the nodes available for upgrading. Now the indicator shows how many nodes are on the screen and which ones.Added an automatic camera at the start of a session. You no longer need to keep scrolling the camera over to the spaceship.Added descriptions for planet modifiers.Added a dwarf indicator: now you can see how many dwarves are in your c...
You're the captain of a galactic dwarf starship.Touch down on a planet, thousands of dwarves pour out of the cargo hold, and they just get to work stripping the rock apart on their own (miners, demolishers, and snipers all doing their thing) while you jump in from above with pickaxe combos (up to 8x!), a laser cutter, and the "Dragonfly" missile launcher. Hidden ore veins, planet cores worth a fortune, galactic exploration for rare planets and artifacts. It's built to be the kind of game you switch on, watch the numbers climb, and relax to. No punishing tactics, no fear of losing progress.I know incrementals like this tend to spread mostly through word of mouth, so if you dig what you see, I'd genuinely appreciate it if you shared it with a friend, a community, or even a content creator/outlet who might be into it.I'm heads-down working on the game and will be back soon with more updates. Thanks for stopping by, see you! ⛏️Wishlist here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5132030/Drain_the_Galaxy/
