It doesn't take long at all to see this game show it's flaws. It's a very early concept of a clicker, something I'd expect to see in the 2000's, not today. All menus slide in, and are hidden off the screen, but if you resize the window you will see all of them hiding, especially those up top. Bomb upgrades are necessary to proceed (necessary as in the sense that the game is pitiful playing without them), but are hidden behind only a paywall and a daily slot machine.
A clicker game with a good business plan hooks you in for a few hours, maybe a few days before they force a currency purchase on you. These guys didn't even bother to make the first 10 minutes enjoyable. Clicker games are a dime a dozen nowadays, so 10 minutes is all you need to see if it's crap, or just another carbon copy of something else. In the case of Idle Heist, it's both.
This is just another clicker game - you played one, you played every game from this genre. It's OK if you need something to run in the background / idle. But some of the achievements require you to spend real money so it's a big turn off.
just play litteraly any other clicker game, this is the exact same but with a "bank heist setting"
by setting they mean there's background pictures of robbers in a bank, but you cannot interract with anything you see in the background at all, so it may as well just be a still image instead of a sloppy animation.
Edit: More than half the people in the devs friendlist actually positviely reviewed the game, explaining why it's not at <20% positive reviews.
Devs are also unwilling to answer the most basic questions on forums and the game even appears to be a miner, since people have been reporting 100% GPU usage for a game that barely has ANY content.
As of the most recent update, Mac OS and Linux are now supported! We will be updating these as with the windows version at the same time. Expect a large content update coming within the next couple of weeks to overhaul of the game! Thanks for your support!

The game has now been fully approved by steam, and will be released at: 12pm noon (GMT) 8th June 2018. We look forward to everyone's input on how we can further the game!
