- Increased achievements global resource increase unlocks, up to 10%, based on rarity.
- Reduced ore mining base factor by 60% and added diminishing return for ore quantity evals.

- Increase ore counts on maps (prev 0-20, now 5-30), increase lower tier 1, 2, 3, 4 ore amount, increase ore resistance to damage
