Added Altar of Knowledge mechanic and rebalanced entire game accordingly. For the new balance to fully take effect the universe must be destroyed after downloading the update. The Altar of Knowledge allows you to spend Knowledge points for additional upgrades. Note that the Knowledge points spent at the Altar are gone and spending too large of an amount can actually cause progress to slow down. A warning dialog is in place to let users know if they are about to spend an amount that could be considered "dangerous". Also note that destroying the universe causes the Altar upgrades to reset, so take that into consideration when purchasing them.

Added a "Max" purchase option for the regular resources instead of just 1/10/100x.

Made small tweaks to UI to make the experience a little more consistent (less drastic resizing of text, more consistent sizing across screens, etc.)
