## v0.2h

### UI
- Added HUD VFX: Last Breath, Haste
- Added Collected Resource Animation in Game Over Screen
- Added "Cinematic mode" during cutscenes
- Changed Upgrade Tree color palette
- Time Stop Timer

### Balance
- Faster Progression
- Decreased Dashers Loot: 6 → 3
- Reworked Time Keeper Bounty: Time Keeper loot now has 10× more value
- Reworked Dash Killrush: can only trigger once per Dash
- Reworked Dash Bloodlust: now also multiplies energy recovered if damage was lethal (relative Dash Lifesteal)
- Reworked Dash Trail: now shares all Dash effects (Killrush, Bloodlust, etc.)
- Reworked Rage Loot → Haste Loot: Purple Triangles now grant Haste on collection
- Removed Dash Cooldown++ and Emergency Dash Cooldown (minimum Dash Cooldown: 1s/2s → 3s)

- Fixed Dasher rotation inconsistencies
- Fixed certain SFXs not playing correctly (notably: Dasher charging — important for telegraphing dash timing)
- Fixed minimum Start Time at 1:00 after beating the Time Keeper Dasher
