- Added Daily Achievements.
- Moved Permanent Upgrades being disabled in Speedrun Mode to an option rather than the default.
- Added Absurd Mode due to popular demand.
- By default, all achievement rows are shown but rows are obscured based on progress.

- Updated the Challenge Amplifier description to mention the Challenge 9 effect boost when Challenge 10 is completed.

- Added an option to manually switch the current Integration Challenge 6 variant.

- Added an option to Integration Challenge 5 that automatically attempts to fulfill the challenge requirements.
- Added indication in the tooltip for if Integration Challenge 5 requirements are being followed or not.
- Added unique completion colors for each Integration Challenge 6 variant.
- Added indication for the X Factor Softcap below the x2 amount display in the Quadratic tab.
- Added temporary caps to World 1 currencies past endgame. (this will be undone if v3.1 releases)
- Fixed a bug where the ending only activated on refresh.

- Fixed a display bug when Quadrant 3 is active and the first Alteration is obtained.

- Added a notification for unlocking Z in World 2.
- Tab displays are reverted to their default states upon entering World 2.
- Fixed a bug in World 2 where buying generators/X manually didn't consume points.
- After going Complex or entering the Mandelbrot, the selected Root Epicenter Task now resets when not having the milestones that keep the RET unlocks.

- Fixed a bug where the secret achievement "This Again?" could be obtained by accident very often.
