Inner Light

For millennia, mind training tools have been part of all major religions. Starting from shamanic and pagan rituals to Christian prayers and Buddhist meditations. And those tools were largely largely forgotten to present day and are only being rediscovered in recent years. But those tools haven't evolved in recent centuries. Just take a moment to think about how we've changed the body training - with gym equipment, group classes or smartwear - getting more and more effective. We're only beginning to discover how can we change mental training from those ancient techniques to modern effective methods. About 3 years ago, we've set on a path of exploration and started experimenting with VR and meditation techniques with one goal - making them more effective. Over time, we've built many prototypes and started testing the effects. Many prototypes were scrapped, but overtime we've found working methods that were amplified by VR. Today's release of Inner Light includes and simple environment - a candle in darkness and 3 meditation modes. Simple flame observation is traditional buddhist technique. Another is breath pacer, where you breath synchronously with the flame. And last one is painting meditation, where you sit patiently in front of a painting and waiting for it to appear. While simple, all those techniques have already proven quite powerful. Over the next weeks, we will post about each one of them. Over time, other environments and techniques will be added.
