you have to buy the DLC to be able to get all of the achievements. Also some of the pictures are hard to complete because they are tiles with no picture in them meaning they could go just about anywhere. So you have to be lucky enough to have the correct blank tile in the correct location to complete the game.
Basically game is buggy and you have to buy the DLC to get all the achievements.
Edit: So on May 5th 2022 there was an update that lowered the difficulty of the game. Which for the most part solved the problem of placing the invisible tiles places. The update also added two more puzzles that were originally in the DLC meaning that you can get 53/100 achievements without cheating or buying the DLC.
I still do not recommend getting this game but the game is an improvement from what it originally was.

So they added another girl for the puzzles which means 4 more achievements for a total of 57/100 achievements. The new picture was ok but didn't feature any nudity and still felt kinda jank.
