About This Game

Operation Pill is the story of a small and brave pill that gets into your body and saves it from pathogenic bacteria. Arm yourself with an electrostatic shield and a germicidal cannon and save your body!

If you enjoyed playing apps like "Conscious Existence – A Journey Within" or "InCell VR" you will enjoy the Innerspace game of 'Operation Pill'. It's a pretty simple shooter'em up in which you have to kill the viruses flowing through someone's bloodstream and I suppose save their life. It's as if Covid never went away! But in all seriousness, this game's simplicity is what makes it so fun to play. You can move freely about in the bloodstream with your scuba-driver and you can even pick up a few power-ups along the way giving you a total of 4 guns! It's not something you will play over and over, but it is 100% free, easy to play and has a high score to challenge yourself with. You just can't go wrong here! You can check out my gameplay video here - https://youtu.be/xHRIX2YMSaY But seeing as it is free it is probably best you check it out for yourself!

Operation Pill is an Early Access free VR game. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index and Meta Quest 3 system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. You have viruses to shoot while swimming through blood vessel. Very short game play, i played two rounds in 12 minutes. You can increase the difficulty. Controller grabs the sub to steer and trigger to fire guns. Maybe try this game.

It works perfectly fine on the Meta Quest 2. Just need to pick up the ship and then you automatically start flying and hopefully you have strong VR legs like me otherwise you might get nauseous. It's okay for being free. It's really just a shoot 'em up and you even have some upgrades. Xortex is much better though and also free. Rate 5/10.
