Real Pharmacy Simulator

Unfortunately, I have to give this game a negative review and I hate doing that. Currently, it is hard to understand.

There is no tutorial, I had no clue what to do. There was nothing but a phone with 4 messages talking about ordering items, that’s it. I’ve tried starting the game over and nothing has changed.

There is only a simple mode, which I thought I would like as I am not particularly interested in story driven games like these.

It is buggy. Yes, it’s early access but it is very buggy and even difficult to play. I thought this game would be nice but unfortunately, I had to refund.

Once you start out, every single person that comes in gets angry because you don’t know what you’re doing. I got the medicine the customer wanted, scanned it, somehow got the money, the medication never disappears, and I couldn’t pick up the cash which was over $5k.

Once you start giving out change, you cannot pick it back up. Again, I don’t like leaving a negative review but please add a tutorial. The computer system was hard to understand without any explanation besides the “text message” you get about ordering medication. That’s it.

I think this game has potential but in its current state, it’s not worth it. That is why I had to refund.

The game isnt ready at all yet. Most things dont work at all. i could see it being good with a lot of work. If the dev makes improvements ill try it again and delete the review.

The game had a really bad start but the Dev is trying to fix it. Most of would of given up but there trying so I give them a thumbs up for that.
