My gambling addict friend said if I post a review on Potions & Emotions and it gets 350 likes and 150 Awards that he will buy me a case of beer and some vodka . So I'm just gonna leave this here.

First time playing a visual novel, and this one did not disappoint! Overall story was fun and continually intriguing, and the characters each had unique personalities and interesting backstories. If it were a physical book it would be hard to put down!
The artwork was also really well drawn and was consistently high-quality while having a good amount of charm and artistic character. Animations and movement effects were smooth and made it easy to follow who was talking at any given moment.

With that in mind I do wish it could've been a little longer, as I definitely would've enjoyed more of this! At the same time I also understand the limited scope with a small team. Seemed almost like a cliffhanger though... can't wait for the sequel..?

Also, in case anyone else runs into this: there was a bug on my first boot-up that caused the game to display story text while remaining on the title screen. I was able to quickly solve this by just shutting the game down and restarting the story.

Overall, great visual novel, fairly polished and fun story!

While I do credit the college students who created this game, it ultimately did not keep my attention. I found myself bored with the characters, the dialogue, and the overall story. The idea is very cool, but fails to unfold in an interesting way. This is my take on it, but I would encourage others to give it a shot and give their own opinions.
