Hidden Cats: Thief delivers exactly what its title promises- adorable cats hidden throughout what looks like a hand-drawn landscape. The art is charming, filled with objects and tiny cats that blend seamlessly into the environment. [/td] [/tr] [/table]

However, if you’re genuinely looking for a robust hidden-object game, this isn’t the one for you. Let’s be real- nobody wants to spend a dollar for just 15 minutes of finding cats! Gameplay & Features

Settings include; Audio controls.

If you wish to put your game into windowed mode, put -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080 (or a resolution of your choice) under properties in the games Steam library page under launch options and relaunch the game.

Highlights

* Maps have colored backgrounds (makes it easier on the eyes)
* Interactive elements in the map
* Hand-drawn, whimsical art style with some light humour
* I love how some of the cats are wearing thief outfits like beanies and masks :)
* Can pan zoomed-in panels using WASD
* Music is not bad, some instrumental tracks that are lo-fi in nature
* No click penalty so if you are a random clicker feel free to click away!

Overall Experience

Overall a cute kitty seek & find game. I do not believe there was any hint system but the majority of cats are not hard to find and there are some other collectables to find besides cats. The lack of hints may be a frustration for younger gamers. There is the odd sneaky cat or item that was harder to spot. But overall a fun little hidden object game to pass away some time. 🐈

These kittens are adorable and friendly and say meow when found. They look so sweet and innocent, but don't let that fool you. They are master thieves and will do anything to get money for their favorite cat snacks. Even steal for them! These charming little, furry thieves have broken into the most guarded fort on the entire planet. They are stealing money, gold and works of fine art. Help catch these cat robbers. Search for one hundred cats cleverly hidden around the map. Then discover 100 squeaky rubber chickens hidden all around the second map. The game is decorated with atmospheric and hand-drawn graphics. There are hidden artifacts to discover, Sphynx, Funny Octopus, Puss in Boots, Burning Eye, Cthulhu Hideout, Genie in the Lamp. There are some interactive elements like vents that hide assorted fish too. These are whimsical hand-drawn graphics, with relaxing music and NO hints. That's right, NO hints. I had trouble finding that last sneaky, squeaking rubber chicken 37. But I didn't give up until I finally found that last chicken.

Final Thoughts:
Whimsical, hand-drawn, meowing, thieving cats and squeaky rubber chickens to uncover in their cleverly hidden places. Look closely because there are no hints. They are right in the open, but still easy to miss. With interactive elements and special items to discover while listening to entertaining music. Well worth the inexpensive price and the smiles it will give you!
